This special applies to both Pacific Harbors Council and Chief Seattle Council scouts who have not yet had their Eagle Scout Court of Honor.

The Pacific Harbors Council BSA is pleased to share a little known 'secret'. One of our strong Scouting supporters, Darel Roa, who happens to be a long time COR for a pack, troop and crew, is also a professional photographer. His studio, Darel Roa Photography, has quietly been providing local EAGLE SCOUTS with a complimentary ($125 value) 8x10 portrait for years . . . as a way of congratulating and honoring new Eagle Scouts. There are a couple of qualifications: - portrait must be created in full uniform with Eagle badge or medal - must be created at least 3 weeks prior to Eagle Court of Honor . . . giving time to use the photo for newspaper/social media recognition, order announcements/invitations if desired AND to have a print on display at the Court of Honor.
